Apple Raspberry Crisp

When you want a pie, but don't want to mess with a crust, try this Apple Raspberry Crisp with Pecan Crunch Topping. (I leave out the applejack and add a smidge more lemon juice to great results)

The pecans make it perfect, and a big scoop of French Vanilla on top makes you some sort of genius/hero hybrid.

That's what we're pulling for as far as our own hybrid goes - a genius/hero combo. ha!

This pie looks amazing.

And how is Gus? I still think he has just the greatest name.

It is both amazing and tasty. If you get a hankering for fruit in your many cravings, make it!!
Mister Gus is very excellent! He is growing and changing daily - and I can hardly believe he's three months old already. That old cliche about how fast time passes with kids is true and amazing.
I'm so happy for you!
Hope you're feeling better!

The nausea comes and goes. When I think it's finally making an exit it surprises me and pops back up. I've eaten a massive amount of Honeycrisp apples in the past month or so. It's a good thing I have a job now 'cause those apples are expensive! heh.
